SITC FACILITY EXPANSION COSTS
The total cost for planned facility expansion is approximately $1.2 million dollars. $300,000 is needed to have this project mover forward.
This will facilitate the construction of (4) USA Red Clay tennis courts and (2) additional indoor courts on the SITC property.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

Interested Equity Investors are encouraged to contact the SITC at 812-288-8424. The Operating Agreement to purchase shares can be provided upon request.
REPAYMENT TERMS
Equity Investors will be eligible for earnings distributions in addition to a fixed return per the SITC Operating Agreement. It is the goal of the SITC to repurchase the shares and return investment dollars to the shareholders over a period of 5-7 years.
CHARITABLE DONATIONS
In coordination with the USTA, our newly formed entity, the Southern Indiana Regional Community Tennis Association or (SIRCTA), has the mission to further the development of tennis is this area. SIRCTA has 501(c)(3) status and any donations made are tax-deductible. The goals of the SIRCTA is to promote the game of tennis thru expansion and improvement of area tennis facilities and to bring new players to the game.
